Started Lau Gar Kuen in '89 at the age of thirteen. Trained till about 94 then i was unfortunate enough to discover alcohol and hormones don't mix and suffered a series of injuries that put me out for a couple of years. Then i became lazy and complacent and i have only just returned to Lau Gar. I blame the government.
I have been studing for 6 years now (Traditional) Wing Chun Kung fu and I have now thet silver belt (8/10)
The system has 10 belts. At the 10th belt (gold color) you are a teacher's level. I have the 8th belt (silver colored)
