How long?

    5 years experience in Taekwondo, 3 years in JKD, and one year CLF at Ng Family Martial arts in Chicago, Chinatown.

    I began Lau Gar two years ago. The name's Luc.

    Started Lau Gar in '94 so 13 years though there have been a couple of breaks whilst at College and Uni. I did other arts then so no break in martial arts.

    Hey hey! Call me what you like (my real name is actually Louise). I train in Lancaster and yes a fellow Lau Gar'er (but not BKFA).
    And yes ,a huge Boosh fan! :D

    There is information about it on the kung fu forum in various places.I train in Kendal/Lancaster and my teacher is excellent. :)

    8 years of Kung Fu. zhong hua si mian ba fang tong bei quan. it's not a shaolin style and it's very rare

    In chronological order:-

    1 year - atado pai kung fu
    10 years - Wado ryu karate
    13 years - vegitating
    2 years - freestyle (not sporting) kung fu
    6 months - Bagua

    Currently training bagua and the freestyle mentioned above and loving it, making up for lost time!!!

    I just started Tsai Family Shaolin Kung Fu. I love it. Hard work, good applications and of course, hard sparring. :)

    Started kung fu san soo six years ago, but 15 years total in Asian arts (six years boxing and wrestling a lifetime ago).

    After 11 years of Shotokan karate i have decided it is time for a change.

    Started Lau Gar Kuen in '89 at the age of thirteen.
    Trained till about 94 then i was unfortunate enough to discover alcohol and hormones don't mix and suffered a series of injuries that put me out for a couple of years.
    Then i became lazy and complacent and i have only just returned to Lau Gar.

    I blame the government. :D

    I have been studing for 6 years now (Traditional) Wing Chun Kung fu and I have now thet silver belt (8/10)

    The system has 10 belts. At the 10th belt (gold color) you are a teacher's level. I have the 8th belt (silver colored)
