I can understand those, but I was actually wondering if there was a way for a partner to hold the target so that you could do them without kicking him.... It feels kinda weird to do kicks without a target or in a form
First experiences.... hmmmmm i can remember practicing for the mildenhall tournament as a white belt, i was entering the breaking division..... bet you cant guess what kick i was doing LOL WE had no kicking targets one night and i was told to practice my kick, by kicking the wall.... yes i stood there and kicked the wall LOL.... but i won the division and still have the little plaque this day!!
What even more exciting and fulfilling than having Tweedy talk to you while Ginge ate your kebab. C'mon!!
2 targets perhaps?????? might help your partner too with their co-ordination. I was always told that the person holding the pads is as important as the guy hitting them when doing focus mitts. Same thing applys to kicking combinations. Its not just putting a pad there.
No we have our own under blackbelt champion both junior and senior over here think its awarded by our asociation rather than the WKSA though.
"I see said the blind man!" No wonder the kicking techniques of KSW are so impressive! How often would "one" attempt the 1,000? (Please tell me annually ) LOL I want to again commend you folks on this forum for being so friendly and positive, both to each other and to folks outside your system! The Kenpo forums are > :bang: Have a great week everyone, I am off to do the 100 kick err I mean... 1,000 kick drill James
