Keith Lebihan - An introduction none contact boxing session. Covering the basics of Boxing, Pad Work, Partner Work and a bit of fitness

Andy Watson - Jodo
Nathan "Levo" Leverton - Grappling 101 (kids ok if supervised)
Remi Lessore - Krav Maga - An Introduction To Close Combat (kids ok over 14)
Terry Valler - Inosanto's Maphilindo Silat (kids ok over 12)
Alan Murphy - Breakfalling (kids ok)
Michael George O'Hare - Budo (kids ok over 10)
Garry Seghers - Tai Chi (kids ok)

How Much Will It Cost?
£15 per person, but extra charity donations are always welcome!

Please note that we may need to order special equipment in for attendees of the iaido and jodo classes. If you would like to attend these classes please let us know in advance if you need equipment (i.e. stick or wooden sword). This may incur an extra cost, but you will be allowed to keep any equipment you buy.

How Can I Pay?
You can pay on the day, but if possible we would prefer you to visit our justgiving page and pay there. It's less of a hassle on the day and means that the charity gets your money that much faster. Debit cards, credit cards and Paypal are all accepted forms of payment on that site, otherwise cash on the day is acceptable.
