Hey there MAP!!!!! Okay, here's the skinny. I still attend class once every 2 weeks or so, and my form is getting better. Here are the benefits I've found through regular, consistant practice of correct posture: 1. My hips have opened up BIG time. 2. My quads are getting REALLY developed. I don't really have to do squats anymore! 3. My focus and concentration are improving, contributing to better balance. I can now root and center at anytime to regain my posture if I start to sway. 4. I can fly. I can also make fire come from my palms and eyes.
