Hello! My name is Derrick. I am 35 year old.My weight is 175 pounds. I took karate,when I was a kid. But now! I do a little kickboxing for conditioning. My goals is performing feats of strenght,armwrestling, powerlifting,and grip.As well,I have lightning striking punches. I have been training strenght and conditioning for 21 years.
