Ok, here's my routine, do your worst. Daily lifts Seated Bench Press 30m Ropeclimbs to failure Sumo stance pistols Wide grip one arm chins Dumbell kickbacks Goodnights (Good morning@150% 1RM, eccentric portion only) Supplementation Midichlorins for a little extra force in my lifts.
Personally, I think Kickbacks are a useless exercise. I did them for years just because they "felt" like they were doing something. I would stick with Skulls, DB extentsions (behind the head, standing), even Dips or Bench Dips for Tricep work. You do this Daily? No off days?
What sets reps, are you using steroids? Why lift every day? If you want to lift frequently, try pavels power to the people deadlift and bent press 2 sets of 5 reps. 5 days a week.
Sets/reps are what i feel like, no steroids. I'm a little lighter than I'd like to be. Cheers! I'd like to own my own business one day I guess, maybe after I've seen a bit of the world though. Eventually I'd like a family, maybe a couple of kids and a wife with a nice bum.
CosmicFish owned up so I guess I should too. This isn't my real routine, or anything even remotely close. Come on people, I was sure someone would call me on this! Half of the exercises are technically impossible, and the rest are just stupid. Thanks to CosmicFish who knew about this, also narcsarge for complaining about the only real, if useless, exercise in the list. I guess there just aren't enough Star Wars geeks in H&F
I notice you didn't include slow eccentric clean and jerks in the list after all. Shame it didn't get more replies, I thought it was well thought out. The ropeclimbs to failure had me chuckling, in particular.
Brilliant April fool The force is strong in this one! Actually, the ATG squats and deadlifts are pretty strong too!
