    Found this while perusing the Gym Jones Training schedule. I found it pretty interesting. I thought I'd share it with all of you. Enjoy!

    I don't know about the rest of you but I am very impressed by the Gym Jones philosophies.

    The harness lift must be very low impact an good for the body at least from that photo he's 75 - 2150lbs. It could just be how he is doing it.

    I as a kid did some of those lifts to stay in shape but not now.

    those gym jones guys are about as hardcore as you can get.
