What are you after specifically? Information on the style, or instruction?
If you're looking for the former, I suggest you look on Amazon (follow the links through the "Support MAP" links at the top of the page and MAP gets a small donation at no additional cost to yourself) and find a good book on the style. If you're looking for instruction, the best bet would be to find an instructor in Hakko Ryu and learn from him rather than trying to teach yourself from any other media. If that's not an option, look for something similar until you get the opportunity in future.

I'm looking instructional for reference that's it. I don't think that there is any Hakko Ryu instructor in Puerto Rico under the Hombu Dojo.
I'm not looking for a instructor that begins with Hakko and change to another style of Jujutsu also or found his own system.

Hakko Ryu hombu is very protective of its sylabus. There are no official videos. The only real option of training in Hakko Ryu outside of Japan is one of the off-shoots. However, these will often be fairly pure Hakko Ryu. The reason that they don't call it that is for copyright reasons, as there was a big split between foriegners trained in Hakko Ryu and the current head of the style some time ago. There are three books publicly available, which were initialy approved by the founder of Hakko Ryu, are there are various video clips on web sites. But thats about all you will find.

I have a video of the current headmaster demonstrating yondan techniques which was released commercially by Michael LaMonica but was made in Japan with his intro on it. I bought it through an advertisement in Blackbelt magazine years ago. There is probably other stuff out there too.

Mr. LaMonica is the head of the Hakko Denshin Ryu. I did not know he had put out any videos but I do have a DVD of Mr. Palumbo. You will have very difficult time learning Hakko techniques from video. I can attest to that. I have several qualified instructors in my area and it takes me quite a while to really get the feel...the videos just don't translate that well in my opinion. Good for reference though!

The posting above is correct there are NO hombu released videos or books. But there are to the best of my knowledge five American dojos that still maintain there Japanese hombu affiliation. Sensei Schechter in crestone co, Sensei Reinhart in phoenix az, . Sensei Workman recently passed away, but i believe he had two go dan level student that now have there own dojos out in ca. somewhere. And the American Shibu of Sensei Murakamim in Honolulu, Hawaii.
