    There are a lot of kicking and legworks. There are a lot of jumping and more kicking. Their moves are bigger. Sort of considered to be long and short boxing.

    There are about 39 boxing routines. beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

    Beginner: little plum flower, little cross, 4 door bridge, intercept tiger palm etc

    Intermediate: flat fist, cross button punch, plum flower Ba Gua;

    Advance:5 forms, tiger form, Buddha fist, etc

    32 weapon routines; Dao, Jian, Qian, staff and soft whip.

    22 duel routines;

    18 Zhuang methods.

    Have fun for years. And GXY is correct.

    CLF is a more complete system among all Southern boxing (Nan Quan).

    :cool:

    The Dublin school you speak of is part of the Lee Koon Hung Lineage of Hung Sing Choy Lee Fut. It is very popular around the world with schools in Asia, USA, South Afica etc. I would highly recommend trainining in Choy Lee Fut(only because I am biased :) )

    Try the site below it has some good video clips of Choy Lee Fut(Lee Koon Hung lineage):-

    I would also advise that you go to the link below for more infomation regarding Lee Koon Hung.
