Exclamation Monkey (Zink) Kung Fu???

A while back I read that the Chinese branch of the Monkey KF that Paulie Zink teaches/promotes, didn't officially recognise him as a instructor in the style (Pek War I think it was called).

Just out of interest can anyone in the US update me on the outcome?

Louie

No real outcome to speak of...

Chan Sau Chun and his disciples have tried for yrs to contact Paulie Zink with no success. They constantly come to the US and do seminars and such, but Zink never shows.

I remember seeing a tape about 8 years ago on chi-kong. It was not kung fu, rather it was a form of yoga. He seemed very flexible. He also has tapes on mokey kung fu.
What I am wondering is, who makes some one an authority on kung fu to say who can and can't teach it. If I had a chance, I would train with him.

That is in fact correct. Tai Shing Pek Kwar Kung Fu does not recognize Paulie Zink.

*I could care less about the man or his rep, I am simply reporting the news, so if certain people want a fight, take it up with Tai Shing Pek Kwar, I just report the news.

Well, i would say when you claim a lineage ,that has no idea who you are ,then that's a problem. Especially, when you name the same exact teachers or sigung. He took pictures from Chan Sau Chun's book recreated them adding himself to their family tree.

That's just plain STEALING!!!
