Was Just Wondering If Anyone Had Any Tips or Pointers That Would Be Practical During Sparring, Bearing In Mind Legs, Back etc Out of Bounds....Maybe Some Mind Games Or Combinations of Tecniques That Work Best For Them.

It's a practical thing. YOU need to find out what YOU are capable of doing.

That comes with training, experimenting, practicing.

You need to find out yourself what techniques you feel most comfortable with and then practice over and over. Then, so as not to 'favour' these techniques and give your strategy away, you need to practice all the other techniques that you are not comfortable with.

    Cheers. :)

Switch up your feet real quick..If you've ever seen Evil Dead 3, where the main character (forgot his name) and his evil clone are fighting, the evil guy dances around like he's gonna kick the guy, and whenever the good guy looks down, he gets punched in the face. Something like that's pretty effective: get the guy thinking you're gonna punch him, and kick him instead, and vice versa. Also, there's usually a recovery time between kicks, where you lower your leg/regain your balance/spin all the way around. While you're in that recovery time, you're more than likely pretty wide open for whatever.

Also, if you want to close the distance, practice pivoting while zig-zagging in. You can close in quickly, and always be in a position to throw a kick or block. Also, most people will pivot to keep you in front of them. Except for really good sparrers, this will limit their kicking options, and make anything except punches less effective
