List of most important pressure points?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a list (if possible with pictures) of the most important (most used)
pressure points. I know that every point can be used to do damadge or for healing, but I'm looking for the healing aspect only.

Can anyone help me, plz?

william cheung has some very good writings on such topics and is a good trainer i hear on accupuncture. www.cheungswingchun.com , there is a big for intro wing chun beginners called "how to develop chi power" i think.

what it does is explain the 5 elements, pressure point, chi theory ect. some pressure points are more deadly depending on the day/hour/year.

an important thing about pressure point healing for massaging is the direction you rub it. certain pressure points are healed better by what way you rub them, what direction, and with what equipment. so be careful when you research if your using hands or needles, how, and what to watch out for.

Rather than asking a bunch of martial artists and looking at martial art websites you might be better speaking to practitioners of oriental medicine. I've met very martial artists who were truly competent or knowledgeable regarding oriental medicine.

Pressure point healing.

If your interest is that strong then why not learn shiatsu or acupuncture properly, instead of seeking short cuts? Lists are only suitable if you know how to use them.

Lists of pressure points are useless unless they describe how to use them.

Being only slightly biased and a shiatsu practitioner i would agree with an earlier post and suggest you get yourself on a proper course. This would be the best way of finding out about pressure points or tsubos and how to use them.
