I'm new to MAP but not to martial arts. However, questions rise up. There was a style I was learning from someone who said he learned Togakure Ninpo Ninjutsu from Stephen K. Hayes, however I somehow doubt the credibility of his words due to speaking with a few individuals who have known my "instructor" for years. What is the name of this Kata and what style teaches that it is a requirement to pass the first test? welcome! are you sure that kata isnt LOGO programming? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logo_(programming_language)
This isn't the Epic Troll Thread you know (Ha! Beat the Haru to it) Welcome to MAP. Maybe if you post that kata in a subsection for whichever subsection of MAP your martial art falls under you'll get somebody who actually knows what they're reading!
If I were a bully I would hit you. But I loves ya Ero, I loves ya like you were my uncle daddy!
We're hijacking an introduction thread : P. And you're a psychological bully, with all your "making sense" stuff and . . . stuff.
But I still loves ya. C'mere and gimme a hug ya big, slippery, landscapin, hunk-o-man, you!! (yep, heard ya shudder all the way over here. My work here is done.)
Very well could have been, but would that make "Mr. Miyagi" angry? It could be To Shin Do, Hapkido, Kenpo, or even Kajukenbo...who knows? Whoever does know, I wish they would speak up.
Perhaps it could be anything including LOGO programming. Since ninjutsu is a typical budo style, it may not actually be ninjutsu but any of the budo styles. Here's a list... Typical budo styles: Karate Judo Jujutsu Iaido Kendo Kyudo Jodo Ninjutsu Aikido Shōrinji kempō Atarashii naginata IMHO...even if your "instructor" is a fraud, he introduced to you something you can learn and build upon. I'm certain you have already realized that.
