Hi guys, I just thought I would keep you all updated by posting a video that has recently been made on my club. I hope you all enjoy it!

Alright, thanks for uploading, but do you have any particular reason for posting this three times in three different forums? Quite irritating ...

Nice commercial - well made video. The bloke doing all the talking, is he the instructor? He seems to be good at it, however, I was not impressed by his students - who were training in the background. Sloppy, reaching, hands down - not good.

Where were the youngsters and the females? I saw neither.

    just a couple of questions..

Interesting that the website has ''expert freestyle kickboxing'' on the front page, a grading and belt ranking system, runs holiday camps and specialises in teaching in schools. Video has lots of pluses but I, in my limited experience, also don't see alot of what I have seen others show as Thai boxing.

Any reason why, since your club webpage promotes a mix of martial arts, that you have labelled this reel as Thai boxing? Is that your eventual goal, a full time Thai boxing gym?

You are listed as several time British Champion, fully qualified Personal Trainer, second degree black belt and full contact fighter... sounds like a good background. Can you tell us what competitions/associations you were a champion of?

    Good advertising reel BTW!

Too much fitness not enough thai boxing. And I agree with JC that the sparring looked very sloppy, and some extemely weird pad work! Well made video though.
