It's slow, so I fast-forwarded to see what she was doing. Impressive body control, blah blah blah. That's what "stillness" and being "centered" means, blah blah blah. But, it was how she undid all those sticks that really impressed me. When the sticks came down I was all, "Wait -- what? I thought that was a feather!" I saw this exact act performed live last year in NYC, was done by a bloke - same wood, shapes. creating the overall leaf shape, may even have been more links in it. Mind was blown.
