It's a great idea. There are AEDs in public places now, and the funding I believe was there for more, until someone realised that scrotes would just nick them for the hell of it, or whatever reason chavs pinch things. This would alleviate that to some extent
Really need to put the blades in an enclosure of some sort or they are likely to cause more harm. With the rapid advancement in robotics this could very likely be a reality in a decade.
