I recently got Green Tea Triple Fat Burner By Applied Nutrition. It has a lot of good reviews on Amazon so I thought I would give it a shot. It claims to suppress appetite and burn fat. Took the recommended dose as soon as I got it and didn't eat as much as I usually do for the rest of the day(lunch, dinner and dessert). This won't be very scientific as I am exercising more and eating healthier without the supplement (and am a big tea drinker already). I am just curious to see if it will have any positive effect or not.
Are you taking this/these in tea form, or is it in pill form? I bought some Green tea 'pills' a (long) while back, that could either be taken as is, or brewed in hot water to make a tea, but as I do with most things, I didn't really take them with any regularity (think I still have them laying around somewhere..) as I never really saw/felt any benefits. Would be interested in hearing more about how you get on, especially if drinking it in Tea form, which is after all it intended use, has more noticeable effects, than you get from just popping the pills. They are soft gels so I don't think that I can brew up a real tea with them. So far my hunger has been suppressed, so they seem to be working, but it is still to early to really tell.
So far so good. Have lost almost 0.5 lbs since I started this experiment. I am not as hungry anymore and I have a bit more energy.
