Havent played around with these ones before, will give them a go and see what happens

 

Is a split gi considered a faux pax?

 

In gyms with too many rules about minor things yes.

 

Is hard not to look a douche in a split gi

 

Well I've done it in the past out of pure necessity and pulled it off like an absolute King

 

Mismatched for fashion, your a douche, train for a few years and rip a few Gi's, perfectly understandable, rigan, and Chris hauter do it all the time.

Now camo gi, thats quite another thing!

 

My Judo coach does it from time to time, just to annoy people, that's one of the reasons I'm still there.

 

Saw the second one before. He's right, side mount escapes is a popular topic.
