Began working on a solo for my final exam this semester in modern dance this semester. It has to be 6 measures in 4/4 at 80 bpm. Theme-"searching" generally. accompanied by strings and guitar. I've been brainstorming some things, but nothing complete yet. Not easy having never choreographed before. :/ Other than that, fairly typical 1.5 hour class today. Also, gymnannigans. I reckon I'm rusty because that isn't done in modern, so I only work on it once/week this semester. I reckon I'll find a way to practice outside class somehow. Other than that, adagio and petit allegro. Only a bit of what I would consider grand allegro. I wish class were longer.
