2-12-13 Changed it up a bit tonight, pulled one of our old training routines out. 880 kicks 30 minutes, then falling skills for 10 minutes.
I think it's time to start this up again, need to pony up for some intense MA events coming up shortly. My goals are weight loss... AGAIN grr, and flexibility.

8-29-16 Attempted 1st workout empty hand hyung, got 3/4 through and had to stop...oh well, it's a start. 187lbs diet starts in about a week.
