    Mma fighters are not ideal examples to follow in terms of diet. They are constantly starving themselves and dehydrating themselves and generally trying to lose weight. You want to gain weight.

    Well I could have a eating disorder? I know some people who are anorexic and some of them have eating disorder. I'm not sure how much it cost to see specialist for a eating disorder.

    Also of the time your stomach size is how much you eat. If you eat only one time in day than you body only want's that. If you eat 4 times in day you body wants that.

    Some one with a slow metabolism and is not into sports or a athletes will not be eating more than your normal two or three times a day.

    But yes there are some medical illness even deadly illness that can cause you too feel full all the time.

    Some of those girls are just crazy. They need to start bulking up muscles than going for ultra sexy model look. It like are you a model going for photo op or a fighter.More so the flyweight and very much so under the flyweight division.

    If you going to be doing Judo and very much so the aggressive Judo you should be like Ronda Rousey the way she looks today not in past. :woo::woo: Some people say she bit fat now :(:( she bigger and makes her look strong and tough.

    She has body to be big bodybuilder. If she stop the the Hollywood acting now and photo ops and get back into MMA and get into bodybuilding.

    I just wanted to add something on the topic of nutrition... In my opinion there is far too much information available on the web which makes it very hard to make sense of it all. I am no expert but have done my own research to help me achieve my own personal goals. My approach to anyone who's seriously looking to make changes, firstly find out at a local gym, etc what your personal maintenance calorie requirement is normally around 2000 to 3000 but varies depending on a lot of different factors, weight, height, metabolism, how active you are daily, etc, etc. You need to know what your basic macros are for protein / carbs / fat. Once you have this you then need to start recording all your daily intake food and liquids. Initially add or minus 300kcals per day depending on what you are looking to achieve weight gain or lose then monitor your weight over the next 4 weeks if you are gaining or losing a couple of pounds a week then you are on the right path.

    The point I am trying to make is.... make small changes to your kcal intake for better healthier results.

    I said nothing about women starving themselves. All fighters starve themselves. Very rarely do they bulk up.

    Believe me when I say that female fighters do not cut wright to "look ultra sexy". They're doing it to make a weight and fight.

    As per Ronda Rousey, she's athletically gifted and akaik she doesn't lift weights.

    Also, body building programs are atrocious for MMA fighters. No mma fighter would be a body builder. Two very different goals.

    Anorexia is an eating disorder, if you know anorexics, then all of them have an eating disorder.

    Anorexic doesnt just mean skinny.

    If your skinny, and want to be bigger, then just eat a little more every day.

    if you only eat once a day, then add a glass of milk for breakfast/supper.

    Hi everyone;
    You have to eat three meals in a day include fat as well as protein to stay healthy and strong, also add some healthy snacks in the evening so it might help you to stay healthy and fit.
