Hi i everybody and happy new year. First of all i'm italian so sorry of my not correct english.As i write on title i have problem with my lower back when i do the split.Do the core exercises is the better things to resolve the problem or the deadlifts?Can anyone help me with some specific exercises?.Thanks a lot everybody
It could be weakness, it could be shearing forces across the lumbar spine due to pelvis alognment. Any exercises done with correct form to strengthen the posterior chain (eg deadlifts, good mornings, back extensions), and keeping your pelvis straight during front splits, should resolve the problem.
thanks Mr Zandt thanks. I try deadlift and bent over raw and the results are fantastic.Can i have training programm with these exercises or similar that i include in my rouitne stretching?i try to do myself but when i do stretching after deadlif and bent over row i feel tired.Thanks
