Looking to increase my RoM throughout my kicking. I already do a lot of stretches and realise there is no quick fix but is there any mobility or stretches you have found to be most effective? Liam
Go to flexibility section, look at Van Zandts flexibility threads. Do all said things. Also: foam roll, deadlift, squat deep, kick slowly and don't kick outside your ROM if you want to keep doing it long term
