I had a hard time on champix - lot of standing on a balcony looking over and wondering if it is high enough. I really wouldn't recommend it at all. Obviously, some people are fine on it, my mate was, but the risk... I'm the same. I'm ok until I go out. I use e-cigs though as I struggle to quit and stay off fags...it's a slightly safer option. But when I go out, I'll smoke. I go out about once every ten days or so, it's a big improvement, but far from perfect.
Drinking some dried birds eye chilli infused water. It's making me sweat an awful lot. But it seems to help with the nicotine cravings. Once I rubbed the eliquid in my head. Vomited and had diarrhea all night... Smelling salts also help http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20140115/naqu9ugy.jpg and propranolol https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propranolol
Well worth a try mate, I hope you can find a good one. If you need any help/advice, see you in the tai chi forum Finding Tai Chi was massive for me on the 'civil level'... I can't tell you.
Just been practicing headstand. Might do some more of that. And some goblet squats 16kg, door frame pullups, and 30kg trap bar deadlifts later...
Very little sleep last night. Had a nap in the middle of the day. 6.6 units of alcohol last night 2 X (21mg) nicotine patches Drug reference removed. 2 muscle ups Several pistols on each leg with 16kg No yoga until Wednesday. No physical aches or pains.
My regular yoga class is cancelled for the next 2 weeks. So I will have to try some different things. My options are: Tai chi, 'a different yoga' and if I'm feeling brave; Capoeira.
Thanks. That's a good idea. I'll consider it. Poor sleep patterns really mess up coordination. Which would be embarrassing in front of a class of mainly girls.
LOL don't worry about it. Typical classes have a variety of skill levels. The girls fall down sometimes too. A good teacher will be able to judge your skill level after watching you a bit and can modify things for your level and progress you along at your rate. For example, she might give you the same routine as the others, but without the complicated parts (such as giving you the option of single pirouette instead of double).
Capoeira is highly social. Can be a challenge, but might also be incredibly rewarding if it works out okay. Also the music is good and the activity itself is insanely fun. Taiji otoh involves a lot of introspection, so take that into consideration (I would put them on opposite ends of the same spectrum re: which to choose, with the other Yoga in the middle).
3 muscle ups 4 sets of 4 pistols with 16kg kettlebell Dumbbell press 30kg 2 reps with each arm. And I went for a short walk.
