Does any one know if Christopher Sommer's book "Building an Olympic Body" is out yet?

If so doe you know where to get a copy?

If not do you know when it is due for release?

    Thanks

P.S: I have looked around but cant seem to find much info on it.

I have still heard absolutely nothing about this book. Looks like it's gonna be a Guns n Roses "chinese democracy" affair ie. it's gonna take 13 years and people will still be debating whether it gets released or not. It will be good when it comes out... eventually!

I really need to update this thread at some point, I have been made aware of a few other texts and have made a few purchases since.

    This is a good site

    www.hypertrophy-specific.com

It's primarily about hypertrophy (no prizes for figuring this out), but it does provide some excellent advice regarding hypertrophy.

Since I put the 300 workout up in the forum, I guess I should put gymjones up here as well:

    www.gymjones.com

Check it out- routines, theory, videos, attractive site... two thumbs up!

Wow, that's alot of info. The best advice and motivation that i've had in a while is from the 300 routine. Not a bad Movie. A cross between Braveheart and Manpower.
Jokes aside, it's makes sense to send our boidies into the catabolic state, I've never vomited soo much since I was training in Thailand or Partying in Bali. Go the Jungle Juice.
