    See:

Always start with the Addittional techniques first.

    http://www.swanma.com/Lib/TKD/FullEnc/Vol10/#p=110

    Then

    http://www.swanma.com/Lib/TKD/FullEnc/Vol10/#p=134

If you need more info about each technique you can access Volumes 3 & 4 at the same site. Each volume has an index at the back so you can easily use the name of the technique as stated in volume 9 to find more info in volumes 3&4. Still, understanding techniques which operate in 3 dimensions from the 2 dimensional limitations of a book can be difficult so if you have more specific questions, just ask.

technique #1 of Hwa Rang is probably one of the more frequently misunderstood.

If you are not familiar with how the set is organized and you learn a new technique in a pattern, Best to check it out in this order.

Volumes 3 & 4 has info for fundamentl techniques 3-Hand, 4- Foot. Then check the pattern volume just before the pattern has info for new techniques in the pattern. Then follow the rest of the pattern volume info.
