Still can't beat Jennifer Hale's voice acting though. She made femshep the best thing about Mass Effect.

Gone back to skyrim. I'm rocking nightingale armour with full lockpicking, archery, pickpocketing and sneak. Loving this game all over again.

On another note the black Friday xbox live sale has me intersted in Kingdoms of Amular and state of decay at £4 a peice.

Both games are a bargain at that price. Not bad games either to be honest.

 

Yeah been interested in them both but they came out around the same time as Dark Souls and that pretty much consumed my gaming for a long time.

If you had to pick one UC which would it be? Might only be able to concentrate on one as my gaming will go back xbox one around Christmas time with some new titles.

Kingdoms of Amular for me, Massive game world, excellent fight mechanic and class system, loved the graphical style. All good.

Redownloaded it in the sale as regret getting rid of my old copy as I played it so much I burnt myself out... I still have my save game of 90hrs on my HDD.

Thinking about State of Decay, how good is it considering it a Xbox live title? Seen some footage that looks pretty good.

 

I'm going to second Kingdoms of Amalur, though if you really like zombie survival games then State of Decay is pretty much the best in the genre.

 

Think I am going to give State of Decay a go, Misses will be down the gym later so sounds like a plan.

Is it mostly a sandbox game or is there a plot/story to it?

 

Iv'e never really got into the zombie genre but the game gets stellar reviews so i'll grab both.

Unfortunaley it's rather... disappointing (for me anyway); both US- and UK-store.

One user on the blog phrased it perfectly for me: "Genuinely not impressed, and at the same time, much relieved by that."

EDIT: On the other hand: Diablo III: Reaper of souls for $20... Now I'm thinking again. Damn.

 

Diablo 3 is good on consoles.

 

And converted to Euros it's 16€ (PSN sale) versus 38€ (disc version).
