Hello, is anyone able to make a high quality/slow motion type video of the "middle" form that students may learn in this lineage? I have tried using vlc player to slow down youtube links which is great but there are still small portions that are missed. Please no lineage bashing, that is not the purpose of this thread. I do not see this as a "secret form" but as a tool to help students that struggle with learning the other forms to get some footwork and other movements in while adding variety.

    Link removed.

I have been out of class for 6 months from baby + other life hardships and would love to practice this at home! This way I am not so far behind when returning to class. I often struggle due to the speeds of the videos. Thank you! I will post you on our site if you make some quality vids:) I may just end up recording my fellow students or sifu down the road.

Tried the form against a dummy for fun, the larger circles help to not get trapped when applicable close range or a larger target-harder to circle.
