I like to attend a training, but it is not for always in my life. i just want to spend my leisure period with relax and then i will start my training.
Left my notes at home, so I don't have a detailed list of what I did. :/ Just a pretty typical day, though. Experimented with front squats. Had to go light with that. I had teh sad.
Early afternoon-ballet, 1.5 hours. Juliana kicks my **** again. :/ Technique continues to improve. Late afternoon-Worked with a trainer at the gym, 30 minutes or so. Found out my squat form is full of fail. Corrected it. Also got a new routine more specific for my goals and diet schedule. It'll definitely be interesting to experiment with. You, dear readers, get to enjoy the show and have some schadenfreude sandwiches.
This morning-gym stuff 3 sets/exercise, go to full fatigue. back-pullups, lat pulldown, bentover rows and flyes biceps-curls (bar/dumbells), concentration curls, reverse curls delts-cable rows, scapula retractions, prone rows 20 minutes of HIIT Arms fall off. Gal at the gym offers me protein drink sample. I take, though it is difficult to drink with no arms. Ballet-changing positions practice, ronde de jambe, lots of stretches, center floor exercises. Hard! Curse you balance, for failing me when I needed you! 1 hour kobudo at night. Kenshin ryu bo shodan-really hard and will take me forever to get. Then kumae bo. That's all she wrote!
1 hour sword-iaito kata/basics and bokken basic sparring. Easy stuff because we've got a new student learning the ropes now.
Chest, tris, shoulders, HIIT today. Standard flyes bent over flyes reclined flyes cable inward flyes tricep press tricep kickbacks tricep pulldown shrugs, dumbell and barbell. did some in zen kutsu too. OHP, dumbell and barbie. standing and in zen scarecrow rotation with cable internal/external rotation with cable upright row arms fall off HIIT, 20 minutes or so reattach arms so's I can leave. Able to pat myself on the back now. Done for now.
So far, 1 hour ballet. Very sweaty. Basics and grand battement. Chatted briefly with Julia, kissed her hand all gentleman-like.
Afternoon-2 hours ballet w/Julianna. She kicked my poor **** again. Not as badly this time, though. I was surprised to find my chaines turns rather wobbly. Other than that, a lot of drills for positions and moving through them quickly. Also, saute and a lot of other jumping technique. Lunch, then to teh gym. 3 sets of everything or to fatigue. pullups lat pulldown cable row, seated and standing bent over row bicep curls, dumbell/barbie concentration curls cable curls straight-arm rows (aka scapula/trapezius contraction) straight arm pulldowns leg curls front and back squats split squats with dumbells 20-30 minutes of HIIT Arms fall off again. Had someone put them back on because it's quite hard to get by without arms. Ride was late, so I played around with machines a bit. I still find the rowing machine thing boring. It's supposed to be a cardio exercise...but it's way too easy. The *whirrr* of the fan is a bit amusing.
Basic and advanced stretches. Staff and sword basics. Ballet basics. Pretty slow, hot day. gtg to sleep soon-'twill be a busy day when it be morrow.

HIIT for ~20-30 minutes. Arms fall off. Everyone gasps(!), and a nice young lady helps me reattach them. Life is easier with arms.
So far, 1 hour ballet. Lots of battements and pirouettes and saute-ish stuff. Switching positions en l'air and short forms. Getting better thanks to the extra practice during the week. Update:sword and staff basics to end the day.

Afternoon-ballet. Lots of stuff! :O Wasn't very balanced today. I had teh sad. Devloppe improves. New piques introduced. Hard! :/ Too much fail for my liking. The floor at the school is way too tacky. It makes turns a royal pain in the ****. Getting better with the various jumping exercises. Evening-bo basics and sunakake no kon
wahooooO!!!!!! 2 bloody hours of tameshagiri today! I'm good enough now that I can do kessa+kiriage consistently on 1 target and attack 2 targets (1 fore, 1 behind). Mostly good cuts but some crap ones and a few frozen sticks. Cleanup took ~20 minutes, though.
