Leg stretchers anyone here use them?, And what do you think about them? any good? i have also posted simular comment in health and fitness but though id ask here as TKD requires a lot of flexibility and kicks. Oh and im going to my 1st TKD class tomorrow. Looking forward to it but what should i expect? :D

Leg stretchers are pretty pointless IMO. Why spend a couple hundred quid on a device which gives the same effect as gravity? Seriously, save your money, and get a decent stretching plan instead, there's loads of stuff in H&F, do a search.
First TKD class, depends what style they do. As a beginner you will probably be taught some basics, a couple of leg and hand techniques maybe. Let us know how it goes, I'm sure you will go back for more. :D

    Enjoy your first class.

When you get there tomorrow ask your instructor about streching your legs. You will also natually strech your legs over time while studying TKD, but extra won't hurt as long as you don't over strain yourself.
