Pro Wrestlers train in bouncing from side to side of the ring with an average of 3 steps. Its a timing thing (i think)

Recently saw the Manny doc. Was awesome.

 

Fair enough, learn something new every day, and yeah, I've heard nothing but good about that doco, need to get the time to sit down and watch it.

 

man i want to get into pro-wrestling. the local prowrestling school has closed down before i even got a chance to go
