Mantak Chia (book - Tan Tien Chi Kung) has the 11 animal chi kung postures. Rabbit, crane, bear, swallow, dragon, eagle, monkey, elephant, rhino, horse and bull.

Just saw it now paging through the book.

The closest you can get is the Wudang Dragongate Kung Fu School's 12 form health cultivation Qi Gong. Most people know a bit of Chinese Martial Arts would not use 12 animal forms because it is too well known from Xingyiquan. The latest trend in Qigong is to generate impacts on the 12 regular body meridians associated with the solid and hollow organs.

    Thanks again!
