The site also offers support on eating disorders, bereavement, alzheimers, crime and various other topics. MIND is a fantastic organisation that is actually helping one of my own friends. They can be contacted on 0300 123 3393, or you can text them on 86463. They have a great FAQ page. The Samaritans are there for you 24 hours a day. In the UK you can call them on 116 123, which is a free phone number and it doesn't show up on your phone bill. Why do people contact the Samaritans?
