    Hey everyone,

I'm a lifelong martial artist and my background is mostly in TKD and capoeira.

I run the website link removed and I think this could be interesting for you to see, since these are very common in martial arts (I learned half of them in TKD, capoeira and BJJ, and rest of them I innovated on my own).

Animal walks and others movement drills are a great way to build strength, improve body awareness, coordination and conditioning.

    Our video on animal walks:

Our channel also has lizard and monkey walk videos.

    Have a great day,

    Eero

    Welcome to MAP.

Please note we don't allow links back to personal sites.

I've left the videos in, as we may get some views and feedback on them.

Who did you do capoeira with? I did some with the CDO group in Turku. Just curious like...

We actually call that just "horse walk" which comes from the horse stance of kung fu. It's featured in the first animal walk video.

But related to animal walks, I did a crawling video...
