Like the says, I am offering a few and looking for a few. I cant really bring in my mattress and roll it up to start pressing at my desk!

I am stuck in a cube most of the day at work, and am not fortunate enough to have an awesome sit stand desk. While being deskbound I do go and walk around my building on my breaks barring lunch. Using my desk and puching my chair out in the isle I can and have been doing the following.

    Dips
    Inclined pushups
    Inclined planks (full arm extension)

---Not sure of the actual names
Leg stretch (Leg fully extended with other foot on the ground)
Leg stretch 2 (leg bent at the knee toes on the desk)

in both of the above stretches Ill slowly bend the knee of which ever foot is planted and bring my self closer to the ground and hold the stretch for a breif time and come back up.

Depending on how much room you have/how much space you take up, you could try ab wheel reps with your office chair maybe?

Also, is it worth buying some resistance bands to do bits with while sitting at the desk?

Hindu squats and some more hindu squats.
EDIT: also, rows if your desk won't break, perhaps bending the legs if they don't fit

and any abs exercise if you can find a mat/some kind of padding (I use a cushion, but some people find it hard on their back anyway)

  9. Mushroom

Mushroom De-powered to come back better than before.

    I'm deskbound for 12hours at a time.

Basic stretching, walk around is enough I think. I get to use all my pent up energy in the gym afterwards.

Now and again I may bust into a chest dip set between 2 desks.

As I'm in shirt/trousers, I don't want to start working up a sweat whilst at work.

I tried that once...never again lol

On a more helpfull note if you haven't got room for press ups try explosive inn line press ups. Lean into your desk ina push up position and push off trying to launch yourself in a standing position.

Or just go to the gym after work?

All freaking sweet answers! Super helpful stuff. Trying the reverse of the the pullup from above. Not quite enough room under my desk to stretch the legs through before hitting the cube wall. Also fooled with the bench ham curls at home last night the form is not quite there but, patience, practice and time.

You could probably fit a squat rack in a cubicle then you're good to go.

Lol, I was actually sitting there, looking at the thread and thinking "should I post a 'Real people squat with their desk?'" comment :p.

Is it too implausible to smuggle a dumbbell into work? :D

If one does a TMA, you can always do stance training just about anywhere.
