    because the people don't riot and loot in the streets, killing innocents, stealing wantonly and even abandoning their own babies to do so like they're currently doing in half of argentina because cops want a pay raise and went on strike.

    also they have trash bins in public transports and let you bring your pets on board.

    Seriously though, I haven't been to a Crossfit "Box" (why do they even call it that?!). I like the idea of pushing yourself, the high intensity and the variety of exercise. But I'm constantly off-put by the horror stories of people injuring themselves and others who think they own the world 'cos they train hard for 3-4 hours a week tops. That OP is just horrifying.

    The sport of fitness kinda makes sense when you think about the type of fitness they are aiming at. They are not talking about specific fitness. They are talking about general fitness, as in fitness for a great many things. At least that is what I gathered when I went and talked to one. Honestly what threw me off from joining was the fact that few of the trainers looked like they were in any appreciable shape.
