That it is. I'd never heard of her so I gave her a try, and I do kinda like "Wuthering Heights" and "The Man With the Child in His Eyes."

Kate Bush has done some great songs, but I tend to find that her voice grates on me after a while. It's fine for a while, but a whole album tends to be too much - especially the earlier ones. I think 'Hounds of Love' was the first album of hers that I could listen to at one sitting. 'The Man with the Child in his Eyes' is one of my favourite songs - by anyone.
Always loved this movie and this tune: [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQXVHITd1N4&spfreload=10"]Beetlejuice - Day-o (Banana Boat Song) - YouTube[/ame]
Fleetwood Mac - Greatest Hits Rhiannon, Sarah, Gypsy, Go your own way. All The biggies. Flyleaf - Momento Mori Another Christian rock band with female lead vocals. I remember when this CD was released, I kept hearing(and seeing the video for) the song "Again". Great song, very good CD.
"Moving in Stereo" by the Cars. It's giving me 80's flashbacks, and if you grew up in the 80s and remember that movie, you know the first flashback that popped in my mind -- red bikini.
Loads of gigs coming up, bit of punk, hardcore, some sludge and some doom. Think I'll see these as I missed them when they played a village about 10 kms away last time they were here. [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zeMls0ce6bQ"]EYEHATEGOD - Southern Discomfort - YouTube[/ame]
I'm not that up on sludge, but I think they are regarded as the sludge band. I think they have a little more hardcore in them than a lot of the other stuff, so that's probably why I can listen to whole albums as opposed to the odd song on YouTube here and there. Who else do we have playing: The Boys (must see) The Mentors (That's a must see too - I won't be posting them on MAP) Bongzilla (stoner) Acid Witch (stoner/doom/ stuff) Corrosion of Conformity
