I am on day two. So far it feels great to get out running again. I really hope this helps with my weight loss because cardio is pretty bad at this point. Just wondering if anyone else is doing it or has tried it before.
Yes! A few of us here have. It's a good system. My girlfriend couldn't get on with it and found it better to just run and add minutes each week. I followed the program and redid days if I had a bad one, I think that happened twice or something...after I finished it and ran for a few months I was doing 20k on a Sunday! So yeah, I personally think it's a good way to get you running. I'm off running due to a dodgy IT band, but when I can get that sorted, I'll probably use C25K to get me back running. Good luck.
