Mushroom workout LOLs

    Bench Press - 40kg x12 x4
    Incline Chest Press - 10kg x 12 x4
    Standing Cable pull - 2mins x 3

    Resistance Machine Chest Press - 20kg x20 x2

    Normal push ups x10 ... (barely)


    exercise ruined by a post meal of rice with pork,broccolli and salmon with water. (forgot my mixer)

    What are your goals Mushroom? I'm just wondering why you're doing high rep sets?

    I been doing this for a while actually.

    I'm not a great weight lifter, I have my MT coach going over these with me. Hi-reps due to also just getting used to the weights as well as technique etc.

    I have a lot of strength the catch up on as competing in freestyle wrestling at 84kg division, I'm up against a lot of really big guys. I have considered cutting weight and have been as low as 79kg before. But that was after a month in China in 40' heat all day everyday.

    I am very out of my element on this so bare with me

    Standing Military Shoulder press (bar only) x20x2..warm up
    Standing Military 30kg x10x3
    Simultaneous lateral raises 7.5kg each x12x3
    Individual lateral raises 7.5kg 12x3
    Cable pulls (6) x12x3
    Wide grip with one piece bar thing? 8kg raises x10x3
    Same again but narrow grip
    Weighted neck raises 5kg x10x3 (1 set forward ,1 each side)
    40kg shoulder shrugs x10x3

    Sushi meal
    Note to self; Drink No Xplode earlier..felt nothing till I sat on the bus home and felt like sprinting ¦\

    LOL, I cant tell you how many times I blew my supplement timing and had similar things happen. DRAAAAGGIN myself through the first 3/4 of the workout, spurred on by its end being in sight. Get in the car, half way home *BING!!!!* stuff kicks in and I'm up for 5 hours rearranging furniture or something of the like, lol....

    Good stuff! :cool:

    Makes a note for later in life when married, that when I need things doing round the house I make sure that my other half mistimes his supplements! :evil: :Angel:

    Due to lengthy hours at work (emergency call out in a way) havent been training, apart from doing some KF forms at home. Going over technique, visualisation (as it were), but keeping the food clean with rice, veggies, pesto pasta and salad meals.

    Vices ingested were Diet Cokes and some lucozades..and quite a bit of really dark chocolate :p

    Lying Cable flies #3 x4
    Lying Cable flies (no pin) x15
    Standing Cable pulls (upwards) #3 x8x3
    Resistance Machine Chest push - 60kgx6x3
    Pushups with 10kg x10
    normal Pushups x10

    Whey Protein shake afterwards (disgusting stuff)

    work on the back tomorrow...

    Ok I did Back training today....I have no idea what I did, but see if I remember them, if I name them incorrectly, please translate into normal English/terminology

    20 Chin Ups - assisted
    Deadlift - 50kg x8x3
    20kg x15x2 (lift bar to chin, hands together)
    Lats cable pull x9x2 (dunno weight)
    Seated Rows (pull) x10 x3
    Standing Bent rows 40kg x8x3

    This was done with my coach who basically just went...."do this" so I did :p

    (maybe next time I'll bring in pics)

    Bar only- x15
    Bent over cable pulls 8x3
    Lateral raises 20kg 8x3
    Flies(?) 5kg 8x3
    Shrugs 50kg 10x3

    pretty sure i did something else too...

    Arms/Legs tomorrow!
