I saw a TKD post along these lines, and thought this would be a good one for us too. Feel free to post any pics or videos related to Kuk Sool here. I'm about to head out of town, so I'll post mine when I get back. I'm really interested to see stuff from other peoples schools.
So there was a Demo at a workplace in our area, here's a picture from it that made the local company news. Better yet, someone made a Blog entry of it, irreverent but quite funny: http://www.livejournal.com/users/tygerr/36549.html

Here is another one of my favorite photos. I think SBN Hill has some pent up aggression. I think this hit may have hurt just a little. But I heard that's the way they train up there!
sbn philip hinchliffe is one of the finest ksw instructors i have met and i am fortunate to have been graded by him. congratulations to him for reaching the dizzy heights of 5th degree.
he is the man! yeah well done to him!! not sure how old he is - doesn't look that old but must be at least mid to late thirties!! I'm prob way off here!!!
thank you sir! i'm trying to put a name to a face. are you the guy who threw a board in the air and broke it with a spin kick at the uk masters demo this year? i've been trying to do the same thing but with not with much success. oh well keep trying.
Yeah that was me that did that break. It's all in the throw! I took you for jump kicks on that testing day
you probably don't remember but i hope i gave a good account of myself. jumping kicks aren't really my forte, esp. left hand jump spin. more so 2 hours into a national test
