    Abecedario—Structured drill in which one person “feeds” an attack to another, who defends and counters. Emphasis on allowing the defender to flow through various counters in a cooperative manner. Variations include one counter, two counters, two counters w/ disarm, and freestyle. Similar to one- and three-step sparring in karate and related arts.
