As the title says, I am going to get back on the MMA track. I quit it four years ago and I am going down to the gym on Saturday, and I have a question relating to Rashguards. My old one does not fit as I have grown since, and all I have is a Baselayer, will it be ok to use as a substitute until I can get a new one? Thanks Falconer
It depends what your base later is made from, if its thermal then no. If in doubt just wear an old t shirt.

Yeah, they feel the same so they probably are, thanks for that, I just don't want to show up like I don't have a clue!
Allegedly has very good anti bacterial properties without damaging your own skins bacteria. Lots of people claiming it helps work against ringworm etc. Google it.
Anything tight that doesn't have buttons, zips, or other scratchy attachments is fine in every gym I've ever been to.
