My Experience with "Iron Fist", Iron Training

Unfortunately, this thread turns up as one of the top five results in a search for "fist training." The OP seemed pretty reasonable, but most of the replies are idiotic.

Like, "LOL O M G you don't need to strengthen your fists when you hit like a wimp anyway, LOL ROLFCOPTERS." What are you, twelve? Considering this thread is from 2006, I'd say that would make you about 22 now. I'd certainly hope this forum has improved its lot since then, because the way this thread was handled is masked profanity removed embarrassing.
