Weight division

    Good afternoon everyone :)
    I've been thinking about drop some weight so I migh fight in a lower class, but the thing is... my height is 1.72 meters and I weight 58 kg, I usually fight weights from 56 to 60... and I dont know if its good for my health to drop to like...54-55kg... anyone can give me an opnion please? thanks :D

    What are you competing in? What build are you? ( slim, muscular, chubby)

    You've competed before? How have you found your opponents in size and strength?

    I compete in full contact and sometimes light contact. slim and a little muscular, but not much.
    most of the people I fought were shorter than me, but stronger I belive..
