do you really need to stretch at all

    I'm 45 both knees are a bit knackered, I don't want to kick high ever, I do other fitness stuff, chest expander ,rebounding ( stop laughing at the back) walking, HIIT training, and Punchbag work, do I really need to stretch at all, I expect a resounding yes but just interested

    Evidence suggests static stretches post-workout aid recovery. So, yes. At your age (and older) stretching and other strategies to improve mobility should be a priority. It's your body though.

    My missus seems to think she owns it for cleaning and food preparation purposes
