    15min heavy bag
    5x8 negative pullups
    5min slosh pipe

    Back would not let me do burpies or hammer, oh well maybe next time.

    Changed it up a bit tonight, pulled one of our old training routines out. 880 kicks 30 minutes, then falling skills for 10 minutes.

    I think it's time to start this up again, need to pony up for some intense MA events coming up shortly. My goals are weight loss... AGAIN grr, and flexibility.

    Thanks Mitch! Facebook is getting a bit frustrating with all the political garbage so I thought I'd hang out where I have choices of what I want to discuss. :hat:

    Attempted 1st workout empty hand hyung, got 3/4 through and had to stop...oh well, it's a start. 187lbs diet starts in about a week.
