Your sticking point in the front squats seems to be a little after the hips rise above your knees. I say that as a layperson - but would good mornings help with your lock out there. 90kg that's a lot of weight I don't think I could dl that.
I prefer to swear a lot in my training logs so they're currently being kept elsewhere on the internet
Impressive one-arm row is impressive! You seem to jerk it a lot. Aren't you supposed to keep your body mostly stationary (back parallel to the floor) during the lift? That's how my coach taught it.
As back work, yes. I do it for oblique work (and very occasionally grip work when I don't use straps)
I also do it to mindscrew anyone who might be watching, as I will ALWAYS go and try to cheat-row the heaviest dumbbell in any gym I go to. Think 65 is the most I got so far. 40-50 is my preferred weight range for actual work though.
