    Tweaked my back. I think it might have been the lunges. I'll skip BJJ tonight (skipped Tuesday's session because it was far too hot), and see how my back is at the weekend. I don't want to make it worse as then I'll be out for 2-3 months rather than having to take it easy for the next week or so. :(
