Thumbs down Ouuuch!

I am not sure if there is a fighters advise thread but here's a little tip on what not to use in a fight.

I was going home from work and waiting at the bus stop for the last bus of the night.

Friendly drunk guy, was a couple of seats away talking loudly to his mate when along comes another guy who has had more to drink and was looking for trouble. He was tall and very wiry.

He walks past the people at the bustop but as he passes each person he called them a f***&^ and all of the sober people including myself managed to ignore him...except for the friendly drunk guy.

He reacted by softly saying "What ever you reckon Stick"

I am thinking "Fantastic "

We'll call him stick, turns arround and says "What did you say?"

"Whatever you reckon Stick"

Stick kicks of his sandals and says "Come here and say that"

As the friendly drunk guy gets up we are all saying "Just sit down" he walks over he recieves a fist in the face and knocks him down.

The point of this story is what happens next.

Stick proceeds to kick the hell out of the friendly drunk.

He is landing huge kicks into the guy who is already down.

I get up and start to head over and then out of the blue, stick screams and goes down to the ground.

He had snapped his shin bone on the other guys head and the way it broke was not pretty, breaking outward. Very odd for the angle that he was kicking the guy.

When the police arrived the first guy they picked out was me.

Moral of the story is, you don't ever want to drink so much that you lose control, you don't ever want to kick with your shin bone against a guys head and finally just because your mum says your beautiful doesn't mean the police will agree.

Love you mom.

without conditioning them first

I would love to be witty and say that the only conditioning I would get would be for my hair....but I can't even do that.

Good bye hair.

On a more serious note now because I am ignorant in the ways of the Muay Thai practitioner how do you condition your legs Shipto?

Does this involve the scarification of the bone from repeated blows and if not what do you use?

Sorry for the Newb question and thanks Bunny!

By the way LilBunny,

If you like RPGs you may wish to check out the photo gallery under the art section.

I have posted some drawings from role playing sessions and a character from a story I am working on.

Those that enter into combat have already lost.

train (since this involves a lot of kicking and shin blocking)
kick thai pads
have partner hit shins repeatedly with thai pads
kick heavy bag with shins a lot
it all helps
