Need advises on rolling, breakfalls, front / back / side flips

I am training in Taijutsu and at the dojo there are a fair amount of jumping, rolling front / side / back, flipping front / side / back.

I can only do rollings and leap rolling. Any tips on where to start on flipping forward, sideway and backward, flip off the wall and similar?

If it's being done in the dojo then surely it would be better to just ask?

I guess you will be training at your dojo, so do what the instructors tell you to do.

We love to boogie, we love to boogie
Taijutsu boogie, Takamatsuden boogie
We love to boogie on a Saturday night

I'm sure those were the words. Where's the missus's copy of Billy Elliot?

Some young scallywag on another forum once tried to define Taijutsu as a cross between Thai Boxing and Jujutsu!

You can see his nomenclaturistic logic but he got a bit of a roasting for that!

Nice fake age.

You don't train at a dojo.

Why won't you wannabe ninjas just get a clue and stop pretending. Or at least pretend someplace where you won't be so obvious, like...not the Ninjutsu forum.

Still doesn't prove what I said to be incorrect.
